Role Summary & Key Responsibilities:

We seek a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Field Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for driving brand awareness and engagement in the Canadian and US territories through various activities, including but not limited to:

• Trade Shows and Customer Events: Plan, coordinate, and execute trade shows and customer events to showcase our products and services. This includes managing logistics, booth setup, and engaging with attendees to promote our brand.
• Company Social Media Presence: Take charge of our company’s social media platforms, specifically LinkedIn and Twitter, to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Create compelling content, manage social media campaigns, and engage with the audience to foster meaningful connections and drive brand recognition.
• Branding Initiatives: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement branding initiatives that align with our company goals and target audience. This may include creating marketing collateral, updating brand guidelines, or conducting market research to identify opportunities for brand growth.
• Relationship Building: Establish relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, industry influencers, and partners. Act as an ambassador for our brand, representing our company’s values and vision.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing activities, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize future strategies and campaigns. Measure critical metrics such as reach, engagement, and lead generation to gauge the impact of field marketing efforts.

Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in field marketing, event planning, and brand management.
• Strong social media management skills, with experience using LinkedIn and Twitter for business purposes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse audiences.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset, comfortable with data analysis and using insights to drive decision-making.
