Role Summary:
The Senior Security Integrator ensures that Infostream ONE is deployed and configured and set the customer as per the agreed statement of work and or service level agreement. Solve the tough and not-so-tough problems implementing, configuring all aspects of the project As each customer and their problems are unique, the Senior Security Integrator delivers on time with consistent predictable outcomes the challenging problems customers have during an implementation, onsite, hybrid and fully managed In addition, the successful candidate must integrate well in a team culture and will directly engage with members of the sales team, project management team, managed services group, and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy and configure SIEM and SOAR solutions for our customers, in support of enabling monitoring by our CYBER DEFENSE CENTRE (CDC)
- Generate supporting documentation on solution being onboarded, particularly around any custom configurations, in runbooks for use by Managed Services group and customer
- Interact with customers and technical service leads to understand their business challenges and desired outcomes.
Skills and Experience:
- 5 years experience with Securonix
- 5 years experience in cybersecurity and managed security services
- 5 years experience with Service Now and Securonix
- Expert level skills in Python
- CISSP mandatory
- GIAC certs
- NIST understanding
- Experience with AZURE and most mid to expert level certifications with AZURE on the Expert MSP curriculum
- Technical certifications in industry leading vendors
- Good verbal/written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to interact with clients and present to business and technical audiences
